Requires each school corporation to include in its curriculum instruction on the societal impact of teenage pregnancy. Requires the office of the secretary of family and social services and the state department of health to provide the department of education (department) with the most recent data concerning teenage pregnancy and births, and requires the department to include the information in the instruction on the societal impact of teenage pregnancy. Changes the AIDS advisory council to the AIDS and teenage pregnancy advisory council (council), and requires the council to identify and study educational materials on the societal impact of teenage pregnancy and make recommendations concerning the material. Requires certain information to be provided to the council.
